ATC Aviation Services improves efficiency of daily operations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implemented by Broad Horizon

With vast experience and an international network, ATC Aviation Services, founded in 1971, needed a partner to help them update their business applications and an application platform to meet new challenges and expand into new markets.  

Replacing all finance systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) 

Early on in the migration process, ATC Aviation Services recognized the benefits of Microsoft Azure cloud to bring the air cargo solutions company one step closer to a global leadership position. 

ATC had been driving success with a mixture of Microsoft, Azure, and Dynamics 365 with a cargo management system called COS and was looking for solutions that could scale and offer the flexibility to meet future requirements, whatever they might be. The decision was made to migrate all current companies from AX2012 to D365, as a first step of the international roll-out of D365.  

To achieve these goals, ATC chose Broad Horizon and SYSCOM USA as its global Microsoft partners, to leverage their expertise in international roll-out and leading D365 experience.

Another benefit is the transparency to management that was missing in the past. Using the embedded Power BI Reports enables management to pro-actively solve business challenges including cash flow. 

Data cleansing and data enrichment were pre-implementation activities that gave ATC Aviation Services reliable data for the accounting processes. Out-of-the-box integration with D365FO allowed the accounting teams to reduce manual work by integrating operational systems. 

With D365FO, ATC Aviation Services achieves a better grip on projects and deadlines. The unified Power Platform in Dynamics 365 brings together business processes and Office 365 personal productivity.
